First grade art students explored insects. The class discussed insect facts and insect anatomy. Here are the life cycles and insects students created.








Today, we wrapped up National School Breakfast Week. The students enjoyed the activities and wholesome breakfasts all week long. Today's raffle winners were Adrienne Gourneau, Desolyn Vukusich, Wilson Webber, and Aubrey Searles. The grand prize winner was Jessa Wiesen.

Digital Arts students wrapped up their coding unit by programming a Micro Rover to follow a mapped route. Maps were designed by classmates. The senior group expertly executed navigating a complicated design.


National School Breakfast Week continues! Thursday's prize winners are Siri Jacobson, Willow Marschke, Maddilyn Zeller, and Finley Brown.

Students are enjoying the book fair this week! A big thank you goes to Mrs. Bachand and Mrs. Billie for their hard work in running the book fair for our students!


Junior Bode Lynott is a varsity basketball player who lifts weights most mornings. He follows his workout with school breakfast. Sawyer Radowski was the Tuesday breakfast winner.

The Newspapers in Education edition of the Daily Globe will be published on Thursday, March 7th. Students in a variety of classes participate each year by drawing advertisements, writing poetry and writing essays. Pick up your edition this Thursday to see the winners of the contests!

3rd grade students enjoyed a presentation from the Ottawa National Forest staff. Learning about animals and habitats in class, here they were able to see the difference between summer and winter coats, animal survival and adaptation, and how big a wolf really is!
