Mr. Engel was born and raised in Bay City, Michigan. He graduated from Bay City Central High School in 1973 and continued on to Northern Michigan University graduating in 1978. Mr. Engel has been employed in the Wakefield and Wakefield-Marenisco School District teaching Physical Education, Health, and Art since 1986. Currently he coaches boys and girls track and is the head coach for the varsity girls basketball team.
